The terms that apply when you buy, download or use a Sinuslabs plugin.
Your licence
When you buy a plugin you get a licence to use it — the plugin is licensed to you, not tied to a single machine, so you can install it on the computers you work on. Updates are included for life. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the plugin itself. Where a plugin's source is published on GitHub, the licence stated in that repository governs the source code.
Payment & refunds
Purchases are handled by Polar as our merchant of record. Polar processes the payment, issues your invoice and handles any applicable VAT, and its terms apply to the transaction. Paid plugins carry a 30-day money-back guarantee — email hello@sinuslabs.io within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.
No warranty
Our plugins are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sinuslabs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use. Always keep backups of your projects and audio.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Sinuslabs OÜ is registered. See our imprint for company details and our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
